Since each piece is made by hand please allow up to 7 days for
orders to be shipped.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation
Policies:
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you receive
for whatever reason, we offer a simple, no hassle return policy.
However, personalized items are non-refundable. Simply return
the item in its original packaging within 15 days of purchase
with a brief note describing why it isn't working for you and
your full purchase price will be refunded.

Unless you're willing to risk loss, ship
the item USPS First Class Insured. We will notify you once we
have received and processed your returned item. If you request a
refund, your account will be credited within three days of this
notification.
Guarantee
Vondell Designs takes great pride in the craftmanship and
quality of each jewelry piece. If you receive an item that was
damaged during shipping or shows a defect in craftmanship, your
item will be repaired at no cost or we will offer you a refund or store
credit. Please note that gemstones are natural materials derived
from the earth and may have markings, inclusions, unusual
colors, or irregular shapes. These aspects are natural to the
stones and are considered part of their inspiring natural beauty.
Custom Orders
Custom orders and special requests are always welcome. I will be
happy to work with you to personalize your jewelry.
One-of-a-kind Availability
Please be careful to check the availability of items. Some
pieces are "one-of-a-kind" and cannot be reproduced. If you see
something you like and the item is sold, I may be able to create
a similar design for you. If there is something you want grab it
quickly! As soon as a jewelry piece is sold I will create
something new to take its place. So please remember to check
back often as new items will be added frequently!
